We offer a variety of health resources:

• Mental Health: Psychologist on staff for consultations. Referrals available. 
• Bereavement Support: Groups available throughout the year. Counselors available for phone support.
• Flu vaccines, COVID-19 vaccines, and Heart heath vans in conjunction with Visiting Nurse Service of Northport and St. Francis Hospital.
• Alzheimer’s Information Seminars by Alzheimer’s Association. Call for upcoming programs.
• Wheelchairs, walkers, rollators, and canes available for those in need. Electric wheel chair available.

If you need assistance beyond these services, please contact the Parish Social Ministry office. It should also be noted that the Diocese of Rockville Centre operates Catholic Health, a health care provider system that supports the dignity of the entire human person.
