Homebound Ministry
Our objective is to bring the love and concern of our Parish community into the homes of our lonely, elderly or disabled neighbors.
Senior Services
Parish Outreach offers various support services to Senior citizens, including:
Transportation/Faith on Wheels
Free van service during the week is provided on a limited basis to seniors and people with mental or physical challenges who do not have available transportation. We have a wheelchair lift.
Equipment for People with Disabilities
Parish Outreach can provide walkers, crutches and rollators (depending on supply). We also have wheelchairs to lend. Call 631-261-1695 for details.
