Please Note for 2026-2027 Session: All students must submit their Required Forms (see below for details) in person at the Religious Education Office, along with full tuition payment. Please contact our office (631- 261-1306) to schedule an appointment to register. Our Office is open Monday-Thursday between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm and we are located behind the Rectory – follow the signs from the Church parking lot.

Level 2
Dates for Spring 2027 First Penance services and First Holy Communion Masses will be distributed to all Level 2 families and all Trinity 2nd grade families prior to Thanksgiving 2026. The Level 2 Parent Meeting and Penance Workshop will take place on Tuesday, January 19th at 7:00 pm in the Lower Church. All Religious Education families with a child in Level 2, as well as Trinity families who are registered with our parish and have a student in 2nd grade, are required to attend this meeting.
Level 6
Students will have an interview with our Priests during the year to discuss our Catholic faith and their continued commitment as they prepare to enter our two-year Confirmation program.
Interviews will take place during class time in Spring 2027. (Specific dates: TBA) Catechists will help students prepare for these interviews, and families will receive more information about the interview process at the Level 6 Parent Meeting, which will take place on Tuesday, February 2nd at 7:00 pm in the Lower Church.
Level 7 - Religious Education Students
Students in our Level 7 Confirmation Preparation classes are expected to complete three assignments throughout the course of the year. Please see below for an instruction page, with details and due dates, as well as PDF files for all three assignments. Some files are fillable PDFs. With the exception of the Confirmation Commitment Pledge, which must be printed off and signed, all assignments should be completed on the computer, printed out, and hand delivered to the Catechist or hand deliver to the Religious Education office. Please remember to save your work in the unlikely event that an assignment is misplaced!
Assignment Due Dates (2026-2027)
Assignment #1: Candidate Commitment Pledge (not a fillable form - must be printed off and signed by the student and at least one parent/guardian) - DUE NO LATER THAN NOVEMBER 21, 2026
Assignment #2: Research Essay on St. Anthony of Padua (fillable PDF) - DUE NO LATER THAN JANUARY 30, 2027

Level 7 - Trinity Students
Students in Grade 7 at Trinity are expected to turn in a signed Confirmation Candidate Commitment Pledge. The signed Commitment Pledge should be turned in to the Religious Education Office.
