We would like to take this opportunity to invite you to register your child in our Religious Education Program! Class size is limited and classes are filled on a first come, first serve basis. Registration requirements are listed below.

Please Note for 2026-2027 Session:  All students must submit their Required Forms (see below for details) in person at the Religious Education Office, along with full tuition payment.  Please contact our office (631- 261-1306) to schedule an appointment to register.   Our Office is open Monday-Thursday between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm and we are located behind the Rectory – follow the signs from the Church parking lot.

Returning Students:  All returning students are required to submit a completed Pick-Up Authorization Form (one Form per Student, not per family), 2026-2027 Tuition Statement and Mass Attendance Pledge Form which are available on the website and should be printed out and completed at home.  You must hand the completed forms in at the Religious Education Office, along with full tuition payment during the week of June 15th-June 18th. (Tuition can be paid by cash, check or credit card.)   No email, scanned or faxed submissions will be accepted at this time. 

  • Returning students who met the attendance requirements will be moved up to the next formation level and will be kept in class on the same day and time. Switches are made after all current students are confirmed and moved up and will be completed on a space-available, first-come, first-serve basis.)

PLEASE NOTE: Students entering our Level 1 program (for 2026-2027):  Children born in 2020 who are entering 1st grade in September 2026 are invited to register for our Communion Preparation program. (Preparation for First Penance and First Holy Communion is a two-year program.)

Per the Diocese, all sacramental preparation must be two years. If your student has not taken any faith formation classes, they must register for a Level 1 class, regardless of their grade in school.

 Incoming Level 1, new and transferring students: Registration for new students in our program must be done in-person. Registration will take place June 15th-18th in the Religious Education Office between 10:00 am and 7:00 pm.  Every new student must have a completed Religious Education Registration Form, Pick-Up Authorization Form, 2026-2027 Tuition Statement and Mass Attendance Pledge Form.  All Religious Education families should be registered members of our parish. (If your family is not registered with the parish, you will be required to complete a Parish Census form.) If your child was not baptized at St. Anthony’s, your family must bring in the original Baptismal Certificate (with the raised seal) - we will make a copy and return the original.  If your child was baptized at St. Anthony of Padua, you are not required to bring in their baptismal certificate – the information is already on file with our office. Level 1 classes are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis, please register early to have the best chance of getting your first choice of day.

Students transferring into Levels 2 – 8 from a different parish:  Registration will take place June 15th-18th in the Religious Education Office between 10:00 am and 7:00 pm.  In addition to the Religious Education Registration Form, Pick-Up Authorization Form, 2026-2027 Tuition Statement and Mass Attendance Pledge Form and Parish Census Form, the following is also required:

  • A Letter of Transfer from your former Parish is required before your child will be placed into a class. The letter must include the dates of any sacraments received at that parish, as well as how many years of faith formation were completed at that parish.  You should request that the Letter of Transfer be sent to us, via mail, or email (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) before that start of Registration.
  • Your child’s original Baptismal Certificate, with the parish’s raised seal visible, is required. (A copy will be made and the certificate will be returned to you immediately.)
  • Tuition must be paid at the time of registration. Tuition can be paid by cash, check, or credit card.

 Level 7 & 8 Evening Program: A special session for students in Levels 7 and 8 is offered on Wednesday evening from 6:15 - 7:30 pm. Class size is capped and space is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. A special registration form is required for this session. Registration for Level 7-8 PM session must be done in-person. Registration will take place June 15th-18th in the Religious Education Office between 10:00 am and 7:00 pm.  Every student wishing to register for the Level 7 or 8 PM session must have a completed Religious Education Level 7-8 PM Session Registration Form, Pick-Up Authorization Form, 2026-2027 Tuition Statement and Mass Attendance Pledge Form.  All Religious Education families should be registered members of our parish. (If your family is not registered with the parish, you will be required to complete a parish census form, available on the website.)

Please note: Space in our Wednesday evening program is limited and available on a first come, first serve basis. Students who attended the Level 7 Wednesday evening session during the 2025-2026 Religious Education year will automatically be moved to the Level 8 Wednesday evening session for the 2026-2027 Religious Education year unless the family requests a switch. Switches are made after all current students are confirmed and moved up and will be completed on a space-available, first-come, first-serve basis.). A wait list will be available for both Levels 7 & 8.

 Tuition Fees for the 2026-2027 Religious Formation year:

  • 1 student: $155
  • 2 students: $230
  • 3 or more students: $280

Please note: financial hardship should not prevent any child from growing in their faith. Please contact our office to discuss the possibility of reduced or waived tuition.

Saturday Morning – 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM
